High Fever with bronchitis since last 3d
High fever upto 103, since last 3 days. X-ray suggest bronchitis. Antibiotics 5 doses and flu 4 doses. Fever came back after approx 7hours of calpol syrup p250 4ml given.

You have not mentioned how many days of fever. If high grade fever is persisting even after 3 days of antibiotics then you need to have blood and urine test . Visit your pediatrician again and in the mean time continue antibiotic and calpol and oseltamavir .
