Hi, I am very sorry to hear about this.Kawasaki disease usually has high grade fever, rashes , conjunctivitis with some times peeling of skin of the extremities. If the platelets counts are high and other parameters also fit into it then the diagnosis should be definitely considered. She would require a 2decho also urgently and if it shows changes that are usually seen in KD then intravenous immunoglobulin are to be given.Investigations to rule out other causes will also have to be pursued.I am sure your doctors would be able to guide you.Hope she feels better soon. Take care.
