I someone has high fever  cough while breastfeeding.. is it suitable to take dolo and Azithromycin in combination?

Cause of fever is to be known. Azithromycin doesn't work in a variety of infection. Know the cause and then start antibiotic after consultation. As for your question, Dolo and Azithromycin both are safe during lactation.

Yes Dolo 650 and Azithromycin are safe in breastfeeding. Take Dolo 650 at an interval of 5-6 hours for Fever Headache and Generalized Body Pain as and when required. Azithromycin 500 : 1 tab once daily 1 hour after lunch for 5 days Gelusil MPS Liquid: 10ml twice daily after breakfast and dinner for 5 days. Consult under Practo in case of emergency
