Please get your CBC test done.
Continue with paracetamol (as long as it is raining).
.When the rain stops you should visit a General Physician in your area.
Viral pharyngitis or viral upper respiratory tract infection are quite common during the rainy season. These usually need only supportive treatment which can include steam inhalation, paracetamol SOS use and saline gargles for throat ache. Also the fever can be recurring initially, but If ur fever persists beyond 48 hrs , ideally u need to get evaluated
Next Steps
get a CBC with PBF - if tlc are high , start an antibiotic amoxyclav 625 mg tds, if the fever goes beyond day 3-4 get a dengue NS1 and IGM Elisa,
Health Tips
if the fever persists beyond day 2, u must get urself examined by a physician
Take pcm with min gap of 6 hours. Check temperature every 4 hourly.
Along with medication you will need cold sponging.

Taking paracetamol just masks fever and pains. Don't wait till aggravation of infection.
Take consultation and get thorough investigations and treatment.
Complete Blood Count (CBC), Blood Culture, Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate (ESR), and C-Reactive Protein (CRP), help identify underlying infections, inflammation, or conditions causing the fever.
Next Steps
If your fever worsens or persists, consult a healthcare professional for proper diagnosis and treatment.
Health Tips
1. Stay hydrated: Drink plenty of fluids, like water, clear broth, or electrolyte-rich beverages.
2. Rest: Get plenty of rest to help your body fight off the infection.
