I feel like I'm having a fever.
I feel like I'm having a fever and my head feels heavy but the body temperature on Thermometer is normal. I even checked the temperature in digital as well as mercury thermometer. Its always between 98.1 - 98.8 . But when i got out at my balcony or roof to walk i feel a lot better and relief. But as soon as i enter my room and lay down for a while i feel all that again. I feel irritation in my stomach as well ( no diarrhoea or loose motions, not even pain just gas and irritation ). I am worried what is happening. Kindly help me out with what i should do.

Don't worry too much. U don't seem to have any symptoms now. Just take paracetamol for fever and headache. If anything else comes up consult someone
