You are not suffering from Typhoid,CRP is bit high. U cud b suffering from viral. Please consult a physician of ur choice for antibiotic coverage which suits u. Till such time u consult please continue taking steam inhalation with carbol capsule just to control ur nose blockage and cold. For fever u can take ne paracetamol( like Crocin advance etc)
