High eye power
Having high power of -5(short sight) in both eyes with cylindrical power of -0.5 in right eye. Can u suggest a good diet ? To decrease the power naturally or to make this stable. Carrot and omega-3  daily??? Which omega-3 capsule is good? Please suggest. Thanks.

Refractive surgery is the only option for reducing number.. A healthy diet is helpful for the optimum function of the retina...glasses number depends on the shape of the eye ball cannot be changed with diet

You can consume diet rich in vitamin A but that'll not reduce your glass power. You can under go refractive surgery to get rid of glassess.

Diet will not reduce eye power. Good balanced diet, only supplementary.you can go for Lasik surgery. Pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.
