Short sight
Iam having short sight -6.5 both eyes and iam using contact lenses. I need permanent solution for this short sight, shall I go for surgery ? How much time for a surgery ?

You can get refractive procedure like LASIK done for your vision improvement. You need to vist your ophthalmologist and get yourself examined to know if your a good candidate for LASIK or any other refractive surgery or not

you can do surgery if preoperative tests are all ok sugery takes less time ~30mins but since you are 38yrs old after surgery also you will have to use glasses for near after 40yrs of age. may be it will be delayed for 1-2yrs due to your myopia but it will be there
