High diastolic
I am BP patient taking lisinopril 20 mg in the morning and amlodipine 5 mg at night. Avrage BP readings are 120 and 86 most of the day time however Diastolic pressure increases up 90 and 94 at night . How to reduce it ?

Why do you want to reduce your diastolic below 90-94 in night? With all due respect, the machine you used to measure was an automated BP machine? If yes, then you are within normal limits. And If No, then your variation is not high enough. If you really want to know your BP measurements throughout the day, consider "ambulatory BP monitoring." It record your changes in BP throughout the day and is the gold standard test for BP measurement.
