If you are being monitored by a General Physician in your area for your BP then you should ask this question to that Doctor.
If it is self medication then you should consult a General Physician in your area for further information and management
Why do you want to reduce your diastolic below 90-94 in night?
With all due respect, the machine you used to measure was an automated BP machine? If yes, then you are within normal limits.
And If No, then your variation is not high enough. If you really want to know your BP measurements throughout the day, consider "ambulatory BP monitoring." It record your changes in BP throughout the day and is the gold standard test for BP measurement.
