Pentocid dsr /rabiwok dsr which is best gastric tablets for high BP patients. I used both. previously pentocid dsr but now once in a week i use rabiwok dsr Is more gastric problem, acidity, bloating stomach increases BP

I would prefer rabiprazole. Also if gastric problem is chronic get a through work up and get a diagnosis may be there is more that PPI that can be done.

Both, Pantaprazole and Rabiprazole are equally effective in gastric problems. Both have same mode of action. So you can use either of them
