High blood pressure
My mother aged 55 is suffering from high bp and this was not from early age it has begun now from a month only. What food is recommended for such condition and any other recommendation related for the same.

Low fat diet, Green leafy vegetables, avoid outside foods , low to normal salt diet , Not very low salt diet, because it may predispose to hyponatremia in future If after this high BP persist you should start medicine according to your BP spikes level
