I am suffering with hernia problem since from very long time, Almost 4 years but no pain nothing. But I have to clear my issue.

Hernia needs to be repaired surgically, medicines won't be of help.
Avoid actions that increase your intra abdominal pressure like lifting heavy objects, straining for stools.
If you have a long term cough or constipation it must be treated.
