Can you get a hernia after an appendectomy? i had surgery almost two weeks ago my appendix was removed and mo my left side is constantly hurting and swollen

Appendectomy is done on right side. Pain and swelling on left side. Doesn’t sound like hernia from the history provided. Kindly send me a picture of the swelling
