I had a c section delivery last year in October. Due to pregnancy I have diastasis recti and I was in the process of healing it with core strengthening exercises with proper guidance when I found out that I have umbilical hernia. I also had a gallbladder removal surgery just after 3 months of my delivery due to gallbladder sludge.
I want to ask if I can heal diastasis recti and umbilical hernia with exercises or do i need to go for a surgery. The hernia is less than 1 cm.
