25 days after c section delivery
Hi I have my c section delivery just 25 days ago. It is a pasting type.stitch. doctor.checked last week and said everything is ok, u can do normal worker but avoid strained work. So, should I bend now to pick up some light weight object/baby diper/baby cloth?

Hello,
Not to bend yet, put everything on cot do work easily.whatever it is, not to sit on ground at least two months. Ok.

You can pick light weight objects from an upper level, try to avoid bending specially for 1 - 2 months.
