Umbilical hernia- small bulge on naval

Asked for Male, 40 Years

Hello Sir, around a year back I have done ultrasound abdomen and pelvic. Showed that there is an umbilical hernia with bowel and omental contents and fatty liver. I have done chest x-ray ( 2 months back ) , HD Chest CT scan ( 7 months back ) , 2d Echo heart ( 7 months back ) , all reports are normal. Can umbilical hernia causes shortness of breath
