Narcissistic relationship can be extremely draining and exhausting. What you’re left with is nothing short of a mirage that never existed ! The constant manipulation and blame-shifting can lower self worth and lead to depression. Consult for clarity in diagnosis and treatment.

You need thorough assessment and evaluation. A psychiatrist will be able to guide you for the further course of action. Remember all psychiatric disorders including depression is treatable. Prognosis also depends on when treatment is sought. Seek treatment before your condition progresses. A combination of medication and therapy will be helpful.
Next Steps
Consult a psychiatrist at the earliest. Seek help before it is late.
