Help diarrhoea!
I am having antibiotic associated diarrhoea as I was taking sporidex cv 375 for tonsils.
Also, as I am travelling, i had dehydration too due to low water intake!
Please help me out to tackle this diarrhoea. So far I started taking bifilac since yesterday night.
My antibiotics course also ended last night.

You can use imodium 2 capsules now and if required 1 capsule whenever you have diarrhea not to exceed 6 capsules in a day.
Use plenty of water and ors for dehydration
