Hi doctors I have gone to hospital bcoz from past one month I am feeling no energy in my body and always dizzy.
Wednesday I went for blood check up and in report vit b12 is 160.12pg/ml and vit d 19.77ng/ml and Blood pressure was 130/90 mmhg and sugar was random sugar was 80mg/dl ( I had food on 12.30 pm and sugar test has been done at 5pm in hospital)
Doctor Started medicin like neurokind per day one tab and weekly one injection for b12 and vitamin d3 tab weekly once
I started these all things 2 days over but still I am feeling weakness and dizzy
Do I have any other disease or what I need to do
