I am 18 year of age my height is 5foot 4 inches but I want increase few inches plzzz tell me the ways and medicines to increase height

Madamji there is no such medicine. Height is determined by genetics .. what you can do is.. hit the gym!!!.. you can get in a great shape with that. That is the only thing possible as far as physique is concerned. Height you have to learn to live with it!.

Height depends on a large measure on the genes inherited from the parents.
In short there is no foolproof method of gaining height.

There are no such medicines. It May increase 1-2 inches now, not more. Kindly avoid any steroids or growth hormones to increase height as they will have side effects and are not effective at this age. For more information, kindly consult online.

After 18 years bone fusion occurs and height doesn't increase. You can do stretching and this can increase minor height by increasing the thickness of intervertebral discs
