Height is mostly genetic factor. Even any supplements are sold to increase the height, they may have other side effects due to the artificial growth hormones in them. Better to grow tall naturally through healthy balanced diet rich in protein, complex carbs, fresh fruits and vegetables with regular exercise, good sleep and healthy lifestyle
