Height increase
I am an 18 year old female...my height is 5'1...my cousin and i were the same height till 14 but after that my height is not increasing and she is two-three inches taller than me ...i was diagnosed with social anxiety disorder and i am deficient in vitamin d and my physical activity is almost nil...does any of these factors affect and is it possible for me to increase my height now
