I'm 16 years old and my height is 5.1...can u suggest me some tips for my height growth within a month or 2...

You should eat a good protein and calcium rich diet. Milk egg chicken fish etc as well as pulses and legumes . Also do good amount of exercise especially pull ups on a bar .

height changes can't happen in a month but over a period of time.
