Heels and knew pain
I have acute heels pain for past 2-3 months & pain in knees. Sometime its difficult to walk. However when I wear heels, heel pain subside for sometime. Please suggest some remedy.

Need detailed history Are you diabetic? For heel pain, do hot and cold water therapy.. Check vitamin d blood level.. correct it if it is lower.. Use soft sleeper.. For knee, avoid stress to knee.. Apply local powergesic gel
