Heel pain in both the legs
I've have been having a heel pain from past 2 years, it's both left and right medail side of that plantar aspect. So that can u suggest me a suitable exercises, or stretching or some other techniques to cure the region of pain area. And I have concerned a orthopedic doctor he told that it's plantar faciatis. He suggest me some tablets like dopamine and calcium tablets. But it's no use pain is not yet reduced. And even am a home maker so I have to wash clothes on the floor.....after few minutes of washing clothes. I am getting untolerable pain and even if I walk also it remains the same on the weight bearing position. My daughter is also studying now 1 year bachlore of physiotherapy so she might have know some exercises.                     Thank you

Hi, as of now you have more pain on both your heels and at the moment stretches won't vanish your pain immediately. You need to have ultra sound sessions for few days then start your stretches. So better to start the therapy. Take care and get out of it soon.

If it's plantar fascitis, there is so many ways to treat it other than medicine. Look for any morning pain.
