Heavy anxiety
Hi I am facing heavy anxiety and nervousness . Anxiety level is so that I am not able to do day to day work like picking up kids from school . Whenever I sit in car and think I can go somewhere urge of urination and stomach sensation kicks in and legs cramps but when I am resting at home body remains fine . It's like my mind has lost control over my body . Is it thyroid or what kind of disorder I don't . If I have to go to office I have to wear a diaper in fear that I will lose control over my urine also I feel confident when I am wearing diaper . The fear is so high going to hospital looks like climbing Everest . Can any doctor help me .

Dear Mr. The symptoms you have mentioned are of neurotic disorder anxiety cum hypochondria-sis, we need to rule out the kidney disorder, diabetes, pl get your blood test done for PP/Fasting,, KFT, LFT and CBC and consult psychologist for the counselling & psychotherapy
