Heaviness in chest
Hi, I feel heaviness or pressure on lower chest when i talk on phone. I dont have any problem while doing walking or jogging and talking to someone face to face. Daily i walk for 40 to 45 minutes continuously, but i dont feel any problem. While talking on phone i feel pressure on chest. Is it normal or something serious. Please suggest. Thanks

Yes. It is normal. Talking on  telephone is  more strenuous exercise than jogging for one hour. I suggest that whenever someone rings you up, you should disconnect the call and instead go for jogging. It will save you from a heart attack.
