Heart palpitations
My husband is suffering from heart palpitations since last week but reports are normal like ..echo ..ecg ..thyroid ..trop i .....these all tests are normal ...what shud be done ...he still feels heart palpitations ...at night ..usually ...

Hi most of the routine tests you have done are normal. However if possible check his pulse rate during an episode of palpitations. Also is this palpitation associated with sweating, headache, flushing and warmth in body. If not you can wait and watch and maintain a note of the episodes
If too disturbing a 24 hours Holter monitoring can be done to see the rhythm or what is the heart rate like at night.

Having done the above tests and no abnormality detected, we can wait .
If it persists and disturbs his routine activities, he can take sleeping pills at night for few days.
Next Steps
If symptoms persist, Holter study can be done.
