Hello doctors my son of age 18 is a hearing impaired boy His cochlear implement has done But due to financial issues we are not able to go for too costly speech therapy because of that his speech is not so much developed Please suggest a cheapest way for development of speech I will highly apologize to you Please help

Unfortunately, you are 16 years too late! The brain is best receptive to speech therapy at 2-3 years of age! You have to bite the bullet and pay for the "expensive" speech therapy as there is no other alternative! This is going to be a long drawn process. I am sure you will find a way to pay for those sessions as you do love your child and want the best for him.

At the age of 18 speech therapy will not help a much. You can give speech therapy at home. Your speech therapist will explain you.
