Avoid gummies. Instead you should focus on maintaining good oral hygiene by brushing twice a day, use mouthwash, warm saline water rinses two to three times a day, visit dentist every 6 months, rinse oral cavity with water whenever you eat something. Still have queries then please consult online or offline for better guidance.

Welcome to Practo. There are no Power gummies for healthy teeth. Just follow simple tips like rinsing after every meal, avoid sticky food, avoid acidic foods and drinks, try cutting out on sugary foods and drink lots of water and brush your teeth twice a day. Most importantly, visit your dentist every 6 months for a check up and a clean up and you should have healthy teeth.
