Its depends on places to places and country to country. But keep it in a mind that oil is fat. If you take it in limited quantity means according to your RDA then it is fine. Secondly instead of frying better to consumed boiled, grilled or baked as the nutritive importance if that food will not damage and it not good if you are sedentary or moderate worker. Oils can be used for Frying : .Mustard oil .Canola oil .Palm oil .Sunflower oil . Ground nut oil
