To gain weight, you need to be sure about your core health. Please see to your doctor if you have any problem with stomach. Apart from that, would recommend you to take frequent meals i. e. 3 major meals and some snacks in between. Take recommended sleep and do some kind of physical activity of your interest like playing sport.
