Main problems are brain fog and breathing difficulties. Bad childhood but little lasting trauma(i think). Problem concentrating on reality. Really bad at sudden things. If someone suddenly talks to me on the street it takes a while to process and then to find a reply. Often sleepy. Disinterested often. Find myself thinking about trivial things and forgetting important things. Also have trouble breathing sneezing and yawning. Feel faint as a result sometimes. Maybe causing it by thinking it?
