I am having a headache above my ears on both sides but mostly it's on the right side.
It feels like something heavy has been kept on the head. Whenever i sleep it disturbs my sleep

You should take some OTC medicine for the common cold.
Get your BP checked. If everything is normal then please seek a formal consultation with a General Physician for a full examination and further management.
If the headache is of recent onset , drink enough water and use analgesic like meftal p as needed.However long standing headache needs to be evaluated by the physician in your area to determine the cause of the headache.
