Headache throbbing
I am having a headache above my ears on both sides but mostly it's on the right side. It feels like something heavy has been kept on the head. Whenever i sleep it disturbs my sleep Please guide

If the headache is of recent onset , drink enough water and use analgesic like meftal p as needed.However long standing headache needs to be evaluated by the physician in your area to determine the cause of the headache.

Headache with any other symptoms are there? If dizziness, it's high BP related If nerve pain, then do MRI Get physical consultation to physician

Take tablet naproxen d three times a day after food And one rabeprazole capsule empty stomach
