Headache, pain in fingers
Headache in half head, pain in finger joints at night, acidity and a boil on hip, I m a thyroid patient for the last 11 years

Pain need to be evaluated,could be migraine,tension headache and even cluster headache. For gastritis you will need some PPI and some antibiotics for the boil. Also Fucidic acid 2% cream for local application.
Since you have multiple problems, I suggest a physician visit as well
