Headache still persist after Dengu fever
After dengu fever complete treatment Fever has completely gone, but headache still persist, after discharged from hospital doctor gave paracetamol 650 mg (take only in fever) Cefixime 200 mg Vitamin B complex URSODEOXYCOL ACID 150 MG But fever never came after discharge, so we didn't take paracetamol 650 mg , Should it necessary to take paracetamol 650mg for headache without any fever? Is paracetamol 650mg or dolo 650 mg same tablet? Can I use paracetamol 650mg for headache without fever? Please give me best advice/medicine for headache ? Acidity too persist

You may have a post viral headache related to dengue.It should resolve on it's own over a period of few weeks.Drink adequate amount of water,take paracetamol 650 mg if you continue to have headache,on as needed basis.You can take some ppi for the acidity
