Kindly get a dengue IgG ELISA done to diagnose dengue. Only platelet count is not a sign of dengue fever.  As of now your platelet counts are not a cause of worry.  For typhoid , also get a blood culture done as it is the most sensitive test to confirm typhoid and start with antibiotics after giving blood culture sample .
