I have been having fever since one week. Have positive typhoid test. Also having low himoglobin in hematology test.

What test for typhoid have you done? If it's WIDAL then it's not entirely reliable. Please go for blood culture with at least 10ml sample. Also, what about other parameters in hemogram? Please specify. It could be some other infection too. Like malaria for example.
