Fever for the past 1 week
For the past 1 week am running high fever post meal and the fever is coming around 102.6 degree I have tested all only crp values are high which is 27.6 else jaundice typhoid dengue malaria all are negative... Am having pain in my head , little mucuous ,little mental confusion etc.. please tell me the cause please

Cefexim 200 two times a day after food for five days. Zerodol sp3 times a day after food for five days.
Montek lc one at night for five days.
Ambrodil s syr 5ml twice n 10 ml at night.
No cold, fried, sweet items. Light diet home made, plenty of liquid n water.
