Dear young man, from the  details of history you provided it seems that u are facing difficulty at the onset of sleep. Many other people also face dreams or hallucinations at the onset of sleep . However there are many other  possibilities. It seems that u are in your late phase of transition to adulthood, many factors influences sleep. Stress related to education , career, friendship, relationship with relatives and parents, relationship with girlfriend, and the most important is relationship with self.
