Headache associated with vomiting can be due to - many reason-
1- Due to Gastritis
2-Due to peptic ulcer
3- Due to Migraine
4- Due to some infection in the brain
5- Due to blood pressure issue

We'd first have to take better history as to the nature of the pain and how it is associated with the vomiting. Please get in touch with one of us. It could be a case of vertigo induced by sudden change of posture while getting up.
