Hi, Thank you for your query. Very unlikely the ear pain is due to the upper wisdom tooth extraction. Maybe an underlying bacterial infection considering your complaint of sore throat. Just to rule out the dental related concern, you can take an OPG to rule out any issues during surgery, then again this is very unlikely. Dry socket is something which is common in such surgeries. This happens when the clot is dislodged from the extraction site prematurely or before primary healing. This is also treatable and there is good prognosis. Neck pain, pain in the eye brow and ear pain. All these can be something to do with Sinusitis. Maybe a consult with the ENT will help. Alternatively, you can visit Oraliah Dental Clinics, Sahakar Nagar for a comprehensive consult.
Next Steps
Complete a regular check up with your dentist, get a new OPG to rule out any issues related to surgery and consult with the ENT.

Hi. You first need to rule out any issue with the extraction site itself like fractured bone or dry socket. Dry socket is when the wound does not heal properly. If these conditions are not existing and there is no issue with the extraction site, then most likely you have an acute case of Temporomandibular Dysfunction. This can occur because of opening the mouth wide during a procedure. Your jaw muscles and joints may be overstretched.
Next Steps
Get a dental consult and x rays done to rule out a problem. Follow a soft diet and do some ice application.
