Hba1C report
My Fast glucose is 113 and Hba1c value is 6.3. I need to worry. I have controlled my diet. But still increased from 106 to 113. What to do too much worried. Please suggest

Hi sir, Thank you for consulting. By looking at your sugar profile, you are in prediabetic stage. There is no need to start antidiabetic. Focus mainly on Diet which are low in saturated fat, rich in potassium and calcium, lower your sodium and sugar-sweetened beveragas. Daily excercise for atleast 30mins.

check your FBS/PPBS every 3months. monitor BP regularly. get your fundoscpy and creat done

Don't worry. This increase is not significant raise. Continue control diet. Blood glucose level is very variable parameter.
