Having ulcers on tongue
Hello doc, I am facing ulcers at the end of side tongue. I am taking bcomplex and bitadiene gargl e since yesterday and also a red spot on tongue. Please guide what to do to get rid of this.

Hello, don’t panic mouth ulcers are usually stress related or due to lack of sleep or deficiency of Vitamin b Or poor oral hygiene . You can have medicine becasules capsules tds1-1-1 for 3 days and smilogel 1mg gel apply the gel around the affected area for 2mins keep in mind do not swallow the saliva you can spit it out after 2 mins apply the gel 3-4times a day
