Having trouble sleeping
I've been having trouble sleeping these past few days. i can only fall asleep after 5 Am. and then wake up at around 1 pm. with severe headache. there are some personal issues going on in my life that may have caused the situation

Hi I appreciate that you reach out with your concern Whatever information you have provided I can say your sleep cycle is distributed U can do following to regulate sleep time 1. Try to sleep n wake up half an hrs early for a week n gradually increase the time 2. In the night 3hrs before the sleep stay at dim light area 3. No screen 1hrs before sleeping 4. Eat light food atleast 2hrs before sleep 5 put alpha music or some light music 6 wear comfortable clothes 7 keep your Ac at 22degree or less 8 Clear your bed room 9 Maintain sleep hygiene 10 before sleep show gratitude to universe Still unable to sleep contact me
