MRI will not show. MRI is a static test where you are lying down. Rotating and tilt are dynamic problems which can be found by gait analysis or watching clinically. To see static pelvic tilt you can do a x-ray of pelvis with both hips AP view.
Generally Xrays are most basic mode of investigation which shows limited information about bone pathology. MRI is more advance and shows various types of bone and soft tissue problems also in detail.
