Having OR not having multivitamins at 19

Hello Doctor ! I have a question that girls at an age of 19 who is having hairfall problems and also neck and shoulder pain can take multivitamin OR not? Bcz according to my dad we should consume as much fruits and vegetables to get the required vitamins and minerals but according to me and Ofcourse it is true that on a daily basis we can't get enough nutrient with food we eat daily. So plz let me know that can I have multivitamins? As m having problems also and if there is no problem then also can we take it Bcz as we all know that we don't get enough nutrients from our daily food. This is general ques not related to any prblms so please answer it so that I can talk to my dad about it because I think and I have read that it is totally normal to take multivitamins Bcz we people lack lot of nutrients.
