Having mild fever and loose stool

Asked for Male, 2 Years

My son having mild fever 99 and loose stool. perhaps due to molar tooth coming out .. can tooth may result such symptoms or it may be due to cold e.g ac temp during night .. what shld i do or how for check up if don't recover in a day. plz suggest..

If temperature goes above 100°f then give pcm syp as per dose. If loose stools are watery consistency then give zinc and ORS . If fever persists more than 2days then consult online or local pediatrician.
