Mainly baby how quantity passing is the main thing ,so if more watery it is going and more frequency greater than 6 times ,kindly see the baby whether lips are dry and irritability is there ,urine output is decreased, if all those thing are present then in baby demanding feeding will be present due to dehydration ,so frequent feeding is important. If other than milk is given kindly stop that and if it worsening then physical examination is better.

How overheat ? 😳😳 Give enough  breast-feeding as per baby's need. Stool frequency varying from child to child. If your baby is take feed well gaining weight, active, pass urine 5_7 times/day, no fever then 10~15 times/day is normal. If above danger sign is there, please consult pediatrician.

Hii, Baby has to pass 6-8 times of stools per day and 8-10 times of urine per day, suppose he is passing stools after every feed it is know as gastrocolic reflex and it is normal, after passing stools stomach will become empty so he demands for the feed. In detail wanted to know about how many times he passes per day and colour of the stools…
Next Steps
1. If he is passing more than 10 times per day with green or foul smelling bloody stools… kindly consult nearby paediatrician. 2. Avoid bottle feeding 3. Exclusive breast milk 4. Avoid Top feeding

If baby passing stool semisolid 6-8 times then it is normal, but if stools watery then it is diarrhoea, and if demand is increasing then child might be dehydrated, feed adequately according to demand , see weight loss if have, urine should pass 6-8 times and after every feed child should sleep for 2-3 hrs
Next Steps
Physical examination is must to see signs of dehydration, better to visit physically, see if any danger signs present like decrease urine output, abdominal distension, fever, sunken eyes, decreased activity,
