1 month old baold started loose motions after every breast feed . Baby stool yellow color watery with some te seeds. Please suggest what to do .

Hiii.. don't worry... it's absolutely normal..ts is known as gastrocolic reflex ...after feeding baby passes motion ... continue feeding....
